Michael Davis states he created these works with pastel in combination with gesso and acrylic. Michael Davis has studied abstract painting, pastel and figure drawing at the Art Center in St. Petersburg and has taken private instruction in paste..
His work was selected for the All Florida Juried Fine Art Exhibition in St. Petersburg in September of 2001. He has exhibited through TESA, the Clearwater Lexus Dealership, the Main Post Office in St. Petersburg and the Arts Center at St. Petersburg. Michael Davis has also shown at Hospice, Art Space, Hall of Frame, the Largo Cultural Center, Raymond James, Largo Cultural Center, Safety Harbor Library, the Galleries at Salt Creek and the Safety Harbor Spa. His work is currently sponsored by J.J. Watts Gallery at A Taste of Wine in Janus Landing in St. Petersburg.
